Sam’s Club: Services
Sam’s Club offers a wide range of services, but membership awareness was relatively low. We were asked to brand these services with a design system that could flex with however many– or few– services they needed to feature within any given ad. As I lead our creative and brand teams, we developed a grid system and style that we applied across a wide variety of deliverables, from in-store signage and videos to a robust landing page, paid search and display banners, emails, and more, as well as brand guidelines on how to effectively use the system.
RESULTS: Branding was rolled out to over 200 stores nationwide and increased the use of some vendor services by as much as 142%.
