The Making of an Icon: Ponce City Market

Take a look behind the scenes and making one of the most iconic real estate brands in the world: Ponce City Market. I was on the original creative team that helped envision how to turn Atlanta’s biggest eyesore and abandoned building into what it is now: a top 10 food hall in the world and one of the largest tourist attractions in the southeast. From logos, murals, and color palettes to wayfinding and concepts for games and biergartens on the roof, this place has my stamp all over it. With over 5,000 deliverables to bring this project to life, I provided creative direction to both internal and external teams, as well as directly designed things myself.

RESULTS: The branding and relaunch resulted in a valuation of $1.1 Billion (a 5x increase from investment), making it the single most valuable building in the southeastern United States.
