Krog Street Market: Using Social Media to Become a Top 10 Food Hall

Krog Street Market’s internal marketing team had stalled out in increasing their followers and brand recognition in Atlanta’s highly competitive food hall market, so the owners hired me to solely run their social media for a one year contract. Taking a rich, storytelling-focused approach paired with a customized calendar of event activations on site supported by social, I created a highly tailored program to keep Krog Street Market competitive in the ever-evolving Atlanta foodie scene.

RESULTS: I more than doubled Krog Street Market’s following within 1 year, taking the brand from 34K followers to 76K followers by the end of contract– making them one of the Top 10 food halls in the world. During this time, social engagement increased by 368%, physical visitor traffic increased by 35%, and the overall property value increased by 20%.
