Chelsea Market: Revisiting a Landmark
Charged with breathing life into the landmark New York City building Chelsea Market, I worked with the design team to build a better brand experience and help drive more foot traffic via updates to signage and wayfinding, tenant activations, and event programming. Throughout the course of these projects, the building saw an increase to 50 Million visitors per year.
RESULTS: After rebranding, the property sold for a record $2.4 Billion to tech giant Google in the second-largest real estate deal in New York City history and a whopping 201% increase in value from the original purchase price of $795 Million.
